Finding Permanent Staff

Finding the ‘right’ person to join your organisation is one of the biggest business decisions you need to make. We remove the time, stress and guesswork from this process, by utilising our experience and comprehensive testing methods, which will identify the best person for the job with the greatest degree of certainty.

Outline of Process

We will meet with you to establish the recruitment and employment needs of your company.
Together we sign an agreement for professional services, ensuring that we work hard for you to find your next star employee.
This agreement will provide you with a guarantee for the placement of staff into your workplace, ensuring your employment gaps are filled efficiently and effectively.
There is no risk to you! We have a no placement, no fees guarantee, so if we can’t find the perfect applicant to meet your unique requirements, then we do not charge for our services.
Firstly we analyse your unique requirements against our large database of applicants, and conduct internal searches to see if we have any initial matches.
To ensure we have a wide range of applicants to choose from, we will place your vacancy on our website, and on quality recruitment websites.
Once we have created our top pool of applicants, we will assess each applicant and measure their skill set, specific to your position.
We will then supply you with our short list.

Temporary

We have one of the largest databases of contract staff in the country. The names on our database all undergo the same stringent application process as the permanent staff we place, to ensure high quality employees. Our background and reference checks are on-going and thorough, for the added security of knowing that your temporary employee will be trustworthy and hardworking.

Our temporary employees are available for any length of time, be it 4 hours, to 4 months or longer, to meet whatever needs you require.

We will take care of all ACC costs, holiday pay, sick pay, bereavement leave, statutory holidays, kiwisaver, and PAYE – with no additional charge to you.

It is all part of making the process as stress free and uncomplicated for you as possible.

This means, all we require from you is:

You pay us an agreed hourly rate, for the hours agreed upon for the temporary employee.
You supervise our staff member while they are working at your establishment, and provide them with the training specific to their position if required.
Supply them any personal protective clothing or equipment they may require to stay Health and Safety compliant. Also perform any Health and Safety induction or training prior to them being placed in a position, for their safety, and the safety of others in the organisation.
When you no longer require the employee, you advise us as soon as possible.
You process their time sheets, providing us with an accurate record of hours worked by our temporary staff member.
